Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Legal Age

Access to champion9 is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you. champion9 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

Account Registration

To use champion9's services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Each individual may hold only one account, and creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Deposits

Deposits made to your champion9 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. champion9 does not accept funds from third parties, and any deposit found to violate this rule may be reversed or withheld pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected, and processing times may vary.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification has been successfully completed and any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. champion9 reserves the right to conduct standard checks before releasing funds, which may include confirming the source of deposits and account activity. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the original payment method used for depositing, where possible, and processing times may vary based on the method chosen.

Bonus Terms

Promotional offers and bonuses provided by champion9 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. Misuse of bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent bonus conditions, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any related winnings. champion9 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel promotional offers at its discretion, subject to fair treatment of existing participants.

Account Suspension and Closure

champion9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, underage access, or use of prohibited techniques such as bonus abuse or collusion. Accounts may also be suspended to allow for identity verification or investigation of unusual account activity. Where an account is closed due to a violation, champion9 may withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

Responsible Gambling

champion9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and offers tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and temporary account suspension to help players manage their activity. Players who feel their gambling behavior has become problematic are encouraged to make use of these tools or seek independent support services. champion9 may also intervene and apply restrictions where signs of harmful gambling behavior are identified.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of champion9's services should first be raised with customer support, who will attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached directly, players may request escalation to an internal review process or an independent third-party dispute resolution service, where available. champion9 aims to handle all disputes transparently and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

champion9 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operational practices, or regulatory expectations.
